C&B Project Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled C&B Project Manager to join our HR team and help us continue to attract, retain, and reward top talent!

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new tools and technologies to enhance C&B process automation.
• Manage the integration of C&B systems with the company’s overall IT landscape and HR platforms in collaboration with cross-functional teams (HR BP, Payroll, Finance etc.)
• Take ownership of the ongoing administration of the C&B systems, ensuring they are running smoothly.
• Redesign and improve the processes for providing benefits, ensuring they are efficient, transparent, and scalable.
• Develop and enhance HR analytics capabilities, leveraging data to optimize C&B decisions and provide insights to senior management.
• Manage employee databases, ensuring data integrity and optimizing how employee information is utilized within C&B processes.
• Participate in the development of individual elements of the motivation system from scratch, ensuring they align with company objectives and culture.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in C&B with experience in project management or process automation roles.
• Experience working with HRIS and C&B software tools.
• Experience in process mapping and  business analysis
• Ability to manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage large sets of data.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced level) and experience with data automation tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency at advanced level
