Job Description

As a CRM Coordinator (Gaming), you will join our team to support the Company’s operation at our offices based in Malta.

You will be responsible for planning and implementing a wide range of CRM initiatives and providing key insights to optimise future campaigns and improve the customer experience.

You will work closely with the CRM Country Lead to coordinate the above-the-line campaigns and drive retention through all appropriate CRM channels. You will also be responsible to planning, analysing and executing below-the-line campaigns to increase player value.

Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience

• Ability to problem-solve, with a keen eye and an attention to detail, together with thinking outside the box, utilising your creative mind-set, and achieving results even when challenged by time, system, or product limitations.  
• Understanding of customer segmentation, campaign analysis, customer lifecycles, and communication strategies.
• Target-driven with a focus on both tactical and strategic business goals.
• Good team player, with the ability to work on own initiative.
• Outstanding organisation including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and self-driven attitude.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise work under pressure.
• High proficiency in all Microsoft Office products. 
• Proven track record of extensive experience in CRM.
• Experience in Optimove or a similar platform is preferred.

Main Responsibilities

• Co-ordinating promotional campaigns from concept through to launch and post-evaluation. 
• Reporting on campaign performance; extracting key insights in a clear and concise format.
• Adopting a data-driven approach and monitoring customer behaviours to optimise promotions. 
• Testing user journeys and using back-office systems; ensuring CRM is delivered to the highest standard. 
• Identifying key areas and gaps to help drive improvements and bring about change.
• Maintaining and proactively improving own product, promotional and tool knowledge.
• Ensuring promotions adhere to quality standards and are within regulatory frameworks.
• Monitoring competitor trends and best practices, ensuring all promotions are competitive.
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders.
• Working closely and collaborating with a team to ensure the department objectives are met.
