Job Description

  • Develop and implement an effective recruitment strategy to attract the most suitable candidates;
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring;
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment data, preparing reports to optimize hiring processes;
  • Lead and motivate the recruitment team, ensuring successful performance of duties;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and develop effective recruitment plans;
  • Participate in annual recruitment budget planning;
  • Advise other departments and colleagues on recruitment-related matters;
  • Ensure compliance with Latvian labor laws and regulations in all recruitment processes.

Qualifications

 

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial role (experience in a large, international company will be considered an advantage);
  • In-depth understanding of modern recruitment strategies, experience in managing recruitment processes, and analyzing recruitment data;
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills;
  • Knowledge of Latvian labor law regulations related to hiring and employment documentation;
  • High stress tolerance and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
  • Good computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Jira, Confluence, and experience working with HR management systems;
  • Excellent English language skills (speaking, reading, writing) - Our company operates in an international environment, so English language skills are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues and successful performance of work tasks.
