Job Description

  • Provide technical support for video transmission equipment, data, optical and network communication systems.
  • Perform installation and maintenance of video transmission equipment (video cameras, audio/video cards, cabling, etc.) in accordance with specified procedures.
  • Install, administer and troubleshoot computers (laptops), hardware, etc., as requested by management.
  • Monitor information systems, diagnose problems and resolve them immediately, informing the line manager of work performed and completion times.
  • Respond to internal user calls and troubleshooting, as well as diagnose and resolve software problems.
  • Monitor server connections, diagnose and resolve problems, or organize problem aversion.

Qualifications

  • Professional technician in Electronics or Computers.
  • 02 years of experience as Technical Support.
  • Intermediate English Skills 
  • Installation and troubleshooting of software related to Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of administrative networks.
  • Availability for on-site work and rotating schedules.
