With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, IL, and a land-based casino near the Nittany Mall in State College, PA, Bally's will own and/or manage 16 casinos across 11 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana. 

Job Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Finance Analyst to join our finance team, specializing in revenue and direct costs. This role will focus on financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting, providing strategic insights to support business leaders. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to evaluate financial performance, assist in decision-making, and ensure alignment with business objectives, ultimately contributing to profitability and operational efficiency. You will report directly to the Senior Business Finance Manager of Gross Profit. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, focusing on revenue and direct costs, margins, and key financial metrics. 
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports, including variance analysis, KPIs, and trends. 
  • Ensure accurate, timely financial data aligned with business goals. 
  • Support the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasts. 
  • Assist in the preparation of flash Adjusted EBITDAR, focusing on revenue and direct costs and proper attribution. 
  • Monitor budget performance and provide insights to ensure alignment with financial targets. 
  • Analyze costs across business units and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement. 
  • Collaborate with departments to implement cost-saving initiatives and track outcomes. 
  • Partner with senior management and functional teams to assess performance and drive improvements. 
  • Contribute to board-level presentations and reports on financial performance and outlook. 
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives for financial reporting and forecasting. 
  • Support automation efforts to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation or equivalent. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business finance, financial analysis, or similar role. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. 
  • Ability to present financial data and collaborate with senior leadership. 
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Oracle experience is a plus.
