We are excited to announce an opportunity for candidates interested in joining our team as a Shift Manager (Pitboss)!
Requirements:- Multitasking, stress resilience, and effective time management skills;
- Upper-intermediate proficiency in Latvian and English (knowledge of Russian is an advantage);
- Responsible, result-oriented, and ready to take initiative;
- Strong planning and organizational abilities with a focus on compliance;
- Comfortable working in front of cameras during live streaming;
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Google Drive;
- Ability to work in shifts;
- Independent problem-solving skills.
- Monitor studio operations and provide technical troubleshooting;
- Respond promptly to all incoming alerts;
- Ensure exceptional service delivery to clients and customers;
- Professionally perform tasks and adhere to the daily work plan;
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of company procedures, guidelines, and processes;
- Follow internal rules on confidentiality and restricted-access information.
