CRM Coordinator

We are looking for someone who enjoys a fast-paced international environment, an individual who is passionate about their work, a problem solver and initiative taker, and an individual who is hungry to learn and wants to grow.

What your role would look like

• Planning, coordinating , and executing marketing campaigns toward new and existing customers.
• Optimizing communication send-outs (e-mail, SMS).
• Managing split testing of communication send-outs and feeding findings back to the never-ending learning loop.

• Implementing multichannel, segmented lifecycle campaigns, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation journeys.
• Handling lists and filters, ensuring correct targeting.
• Launching and testing promotional communications and landing pages.
• Analyzing and evaluating campaign performance and sharing learnings with the team.
• Monitoring and checking websites, ensuring all content is correctly displayed and up-to-date at all times.

Who you are:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the iGaming or tech industry
• Experience of actively using and optimizing CRM techniques including segmentation, campaign planning, implementation and evaluation
• Good IT skills including strong experience of Microsoft Office
• Experience with CRM channels; email, SMS, web push
• Ability to work well under tight deadlines and multi-task
• Good technical skills in HTML preferred
• Experience of working with Content and/or Campaign Management Systems preferred
• Creative eye
• Analytical mind
• Strong technical background
