Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and proactive individual to support our affiliate and streamer partnerships. This role involves catering to all streamers' needs, handling affiliate applications, conducting outreach, managing promotional campaigns, and escalating issues to relevant departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of affiliation and casino streaming, coupled with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to streamers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Manage and process affiliate applications, ensuring proper vetting and organization.
• Oversee funding of streamer bonuses and maintain accurate records.
• Manage promotional campaigns, including giveaways, to enhance engagement and retention.
• Escalate issues to relevant departments for resolution.
• Prepare weekly reports on affiliate and influencer performance, as well as finalized deals.

Requirements: 

• Strong understanding of affiliation and casino streaming.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Oversee funding of streamer bonuses and maintain accurate records.
• Experience assisting streamers with daily needs and resolving escalated issues.
• Experience in affiliate marketing or a performance-driven marketing role.
• Interest in or knowledge of the casino/gambling industry.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the streaming ecosystem, including platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Kick, dLive, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Previous experience in affiliation and influencer marketing.
