Who we are

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.

With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, Bally's will own and/or manage 15 casinos across 10 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana.

The Enterprise Effectiveness and Efficiency Department is a brand-new team for Bally’s and you will join at a critical time as the team starts to kick off on new and major projects.

The Project Manager plays a crucial role in driving the company's success by supporting initiatives that focus on the optimization and transformation of organizational structures, processes, and systems. This may include org changes, process redesign, change projects, M&A integration/demerger projects and more. This role ensures the successful delivery of key people, process, and tooling initiatives under the Enterprise, Effectiveness, and Efficiency umbrella.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Ensure the successful delivery of EEE initiatives to the appropriate levels of quality, on time, in accordance with scope agreed.
  • Support in planning the approach to delivery initiatives and proactively monitor progress, resolving issues, and initiating corrective actions as appropriate.
  • Conduct organisational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for organizational design and effectiveness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement organisational design strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate initiatives, including restructuring, process improvement, target operating model updates and workforce planning.
  • Support stakeholders in the creation of artefacts and documentation needed to deliver a successful outcome such as Process Maps, Org Scenario Plans, Job Descriptions, Change Plans.
  • Conduct business process mapping and analysis to identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing efficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organisational design initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Uphold project governance and supporting tools.
  • Manage key interdependencies across EEE initiatives and the enterprise by working closely with the wider PMO team.
  • Facilitate communications with key stakeholders.
  • Create, maintain, and communicate the EEE Initiative Roadmap and Backlog.
  • Support initiatives in the creation of detailed project plans, key deliverables, scope, and requirements.
  • Establish and ensure a regular cadence of initiative governance meetings and coordinate stakeholder meetings and review points.

And what are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a similar role or demonstrable experience supporting transformations in a global, cross-functional, or complex setting including delivering transformational projects and strategic initiatives focussed on business improvement, updates to Target Operating Model and operational excellence.
  • Familiarity with effectiveness/efficiency type projects focused on people, processes, and tooling.
  • Experience in org design, talent management, workforce planning, or other people processes.
  • Demonstrated experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders up to board level.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels built on trust and respect.
  • Excellent understanding of the inner workings of businesses including tech, marketing, operations, finance, legal, HR, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident and competent facilitator, able to build strong relationships across teams.
  • Strong PM governance tools and process experience.
