As a Fraud and Payments Team Lead, you'll manage and support a team of Fraud and Payments Specialists, ensuring tasks are completed, schedules are optimised and performance remains consistent. You'll organise training, maintain documentation, address feedback and collaborate with other departments to improve workflows. Additionally, you'll assist with fraud case decisions, onboarding, and team development to drive efficiency and improvement.
โ๏ธ Your daily tasks will be
- Leading and managing a team of Fraud and Payments Specialists, ensuring consistent performance;
- Conducting monthly one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedback and guidance;
- Preparing and managing shift schedules, ensuring proper resource allocation;
- Serving as the main contact for Specialists regarding incidents, feedback, and improvements;
- Developing and implementing performance improvement plans for team members when necessary;
- Leading the recruitment and selection of new team members to ensure high-quality hires and a good candidate experience;
- Delivering training for new hires and ongoing development for existing team members;
- Ensuring agents complete assigned tasks, including updating security features and finishing surveys or requirements;
- Organising meetings, training sessions, and other work-related activities;
- Collaborating with CX Team Leads and other departments to optimise workflows;
- Maintaining and updating relevant Confluence pages for accurate documentation;
- Supporting final decision-making in fraud cases as required;
- Stepping in to perform Fraud and Payments Specialist’s duties in case of emergency situations;
- Attending organisational training conferences to enhance team proficiency and skills.

- Exceptional multitasking abilities with strong organisational and time management skills;
- 2 years of experience in a Senior Fraud Position in the iGaming industry;
- Knowledge about risk management, online payment systems, regulations and understanding of KYC;
- Great leadership skills;
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks efficiently;
- Fluent in written and spoken English at a professional level;
- Skilled in conducting productive feedback sessions, including handling challenging conversations;
- Committed to aligning with and contributing to Team and Company goals and vision;
- Dedicated to developing team members' skills and supporting their growth.
