Product Designer

The primary purpose of a Product Designer is to play a crucial role in crafting and advancing big ideas that resonate with our diverse user base across our web and mobile app platforms to create a productive and human experience.
Product Design will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and a researcher, solving problems and translating complex ideas into elegant and scalable solutions.

About your key responsibilities and impact:

• Communicating the user experience through all stages of the design process by creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, presentations, and detailed design specifications;
• Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Management, Product Designers, and other business partners to arrive at the best possible solutions;
• Searching and finding out the customer's pains and gains.

Essential professional experience:

• Proven experience as UI/UX designer for 3+ years;
• Proficient in Figma;
• Experienced designing and shipping an end-to-end product with complicated flows, multiple scenarios, and edge cases;
• Ability to provide design variations;
• Ability to organize and communicate your thoughts and motivations for your design choices;
• A keen eye for visual UI details;
• Love to discuss design in group settings; participate in design critiques and reviews;
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level.
