Playtech Managed Services is looking for a responsible and communicative Customer Protection Specialist for our team.

Your influential mission. You will... 

  • Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media and obtain required client information.
  • Handle all tasks concerning the prevention of money laundering, social responsibility, responsible gambling, and customer protection with priority.
  • Analyze customer’s profiles to ensure the appropriate management of the account.
  • Generate and analyze reports.
  • Accurately update accounts with information obtained from customers.
  • Keep your knowledge related to Customer Protections up to date.
  • Update the Management about any important feedback from a customer or an expression of dissatisfaction with the received service that could lead to – a complaint, dispute, or potential loss of business.

Qualifications

  • Have fluency in English.
  • Have previous experience in our industry.
  • Are familiar with RG practices and customer protection.
  • Possess strong communication interpersonal skills.
  • Are a resourceful and communicative team player.
  • Possess multi-tasking skills and problem-solving ones.
