BVGroup, a leader in online betting and eGaming, is dedicated to leveraging innovative technology to deliver outstanding customer experiences. To support the establishment of our Software as a Service (SaaS) business unit, we now invite applications for the position of Head of eGaming Product (SaaS), where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our SaaS tools and technologies related to our market leading eGaming suite of products.

Your contributions will shape a product that empowers our SaaS partners with efficient, scalable, and user-friendly eGaming products (Slots, Live Casino, Bingo, Free to Play)

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the SaaS eGaming Module within our new SaaS platform (BV:360), ensuring alignment with business objectives, partner needs, and market trends.
• Lead usability improvements and streamline processes for enhanced operator experience.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to increase efficiency.
• Partner with internal teams to align on requirements, prioritise enhancements, and drive impactful solutions.
• Manage end-to-end feature development and integration.
• Act as a liaison to gather customer feedback and translate into actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with third party content providers in order to establish efficient technical setup, game instances, implement new features and tools related to our SaaS partners.
• Use data insights to inform decisions and measure success.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Design team to ensure seamless user experience and interface design.
• Support business development teams by providing eGaming expertise and showcasing capabilities to potential SaaS partners.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications Required

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a business with B2B/SaaS capabilities would be advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in product management, computer science, software engineering, IT systems or a business administration field would be advantageous.
• Deep understanding of, and ideally prior experience working within the eGaming industry in a product-facing role.
• Demonstrable experience of using tools and internal systems applications facing the eGaming landscape.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear roadmaps.
• Background in optimising usability and user experience for B2B platforms.
• Technical proficiency to collaborate effectively with Engineering and delivery teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks would be an advantage (EG: UKGC LCCP, RTS code of practice.)
• Expertise in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, pressurised environment.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering exceptional user experiences.
