About Us & Role Overview

BVGroup, a leader in online betting and eGaming, is dedicated to leveraging innovative technology to deliver outstanding customer experiences. To support our growth into the Software as a Service (SaaS) market, we are creating a cutting-edge SaaS Payments Module that will streamline all aspects of payment processing and integrate seamlessly into broader operational ecosystems.

Your contributions will shape a product that empowers our partners with efficient, scalable, and user-friendly payment management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the SaaS Payments Module, ensuring alignment with business objectives, partner needs, and market trends.
• Lead usability improvements and streamline processes for enhanced operator experience.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to increase efficiency.
• Partner with internal teams to align on requirements, prioritise enhancements, and drive impactful solutions.
• Manage end-to-end feature development and integration.
• Act as a liaison to gather customer feedback and translate into actionable improvements.
• Use data insights to inform decisions and measure success.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Design team to ensure seamless user experience and interface design.
• Support business development teams by providing platform expertise and showcasing capabilities to potential SaaS partners.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications Required

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear roadmaps.
• Background in optimising usability and user experience for B2B platforms.
• Technical proficiency to collaborate effectively with Engineering teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS, AML) is an advantage.
• Understanding of payment processing, including transaction flows, risk management, and payment gateway integration is a strong plus.
• Expertise in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years in a SaaS or fintech platform management capacity.
