Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Technical Support professional to join our team in Bucharest, Romania. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and managing complex issues to ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients.

  • To be main contact point of contact for any technical issues;
  • Hardware Management: Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and peripherals.(Desktop PC, Laptops, Printers)
  • Software Management: Installing and updating software applications, ensuring they are correctly configured, running in Windows environment; (OSX and Linux is an advantage).
  • User Support: Assisting employees with technical issues ( OS, MS Office, e-mail, WI-FI network, etc)
  • Installation of professional audio/video studio equipment: cameras, lights and mics.
  • 24/7 monitoring of healthy functioning of all systems.

Qualifications

  • Previous proven experience in the delivery of IT support services; 
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a positive outlook; 
  • Excellent English writing/speaking; 
  • Good Windows OS skills - diagnosing network issues, installations, config and remote support, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, MS Office 365; 
  • Networking knowledge is an advantage; 
  • Strong experience of problem solving, troubleshooting and fault-finding software applications issues; 
  • Excellent documentation and knowledge sharing skills; 
  • Able to translate technology into simple terms; 
  • Flexibility to work in shifts is required, including night shifts and overtime, when needed.
