3D Technical Artist

Your influential mission. You will...  

• Create and optimize 3D models, textures, and animations for use within Unreal Engine 4
• Collaborate closely with developers and artists to ensure assets meet visual and technical standards
• Work on asset integration and troubleshoot any visual or performance issues.
• Maintain a high level of detail and quality in all 3D assets while optimizing for real-time rendering
• Stay updated on the latest tools and technologies to continuously improve the efficiency of our 3D pipelines
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback

Qualifications

Components for success. You...  

• Should have 3+ years of experience in a technical environment in the role of 3D Technical Artist
• Experience with the Unreal Engine 4 asset pipeline, lighting, shaders, and optimization techniques
• Must have specialist level proficiency with software such as Maya, Blender or Autodesk 3ds Max and corresponding techniques as creating high-quality 3D models, lighting, texturing and animation
• Have ability to create and implement animations, rigging experience is a plus
• Display good knowledge of  game asset creation, optimization, and real-time rendering
• Must have a strong portfolio of 3D work, including modeling, texturing, lighting and animation
• Demonstrate strong understanding of blueprints with and c++ and creating game logic
• Have good spoken and written English upper intermediate
• Have the ability to learn quickly and the willingness to continuously improve yourself
• Are a self-motivated proactive individual with a positive attitude
• Show good problem-solving skills and be detail-oriented
