Purpose of the Role:
Support the business in B2C and B2B product development, operations, and marketing with insights into user usage of sites and applications.

Regular communication with Product and Marketing teams on how digital experiences, acquisition and marketing journeys and payment journeys are performing.
Briefing Digital Development teams on improvements to the data layer and access to useful data.
