Job Description

  • Drive customer performance and revenue growth by making strategic recommendations using:
    • KPI(s) & Benchmark analysis
    • Operational audits
    • BI tools
  • Develop retention and conversion strategies to ensure optimal uptake of Playtech offerings
  • Execute actions for improvement in operational excellence with a view to grow the business
  • Collect information on products and services being developed and released from our B2B business and make recommendations to our B2C division for their adoption
  • Engage in routine and daily meetings with your client groups to understand any challenges and provide recommendations on how to overcome these
  • Manage customer ad hoc requests and needs
  • Provide first-level business support
  • Act as the first point of escalation for technical issues and work to resolve these with the relevant internal stakeholders
  • Promote tasks internally (e.g., development requests, initiation of new projects)
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders

Qualifications

Components for success. You...

  • Have a university degree (technical certifications are an advantage)
  • Bring 2-4 years of experience
  • Have experience managing or working with international customers (B2C experience in the gaming industry required)
  • Are familiar with Playtech IMS or similar platforms; knowledge of back-end systems and customer life cycles is highly desirable
  • Have experience in a software or internet company in roles such as Account Management, Marketing Management, or Project Management (preferred)
  • Possess a technical background (an advantage)
  • Exhibit excellent communication and strong presentation skills
  • Are self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, self-managed, a team player, and able to multitask
  • Are service and business-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Have knowledge of internet advertising
  • Understand budget/forecasting (an advantage)
  • Are proficient in English (Spanish is also very beneficial)
  • Are available to travel when required
