Who we are

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform and the newest addition Bally's Casino in Newcastle.

With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, IL, and a land-based casino near the Nittany Mall in State College, PA, Bally's will own and/or manage 16 casinos across 11 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana. 

Well, what about the team?

You will be part of a dynamic team in our Malta Office! Taking an active part in product and feature development and communicating requirements concerning reporting and analytics at the early stage of the development lifecycle; being up to date with stakeholders’ ongoing developments and their roadmap to make sure any decisions taken are data-driven.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with the key stakeholders to understand their needs, acting as a BI evangelist
  • Taking an active part in product and feature development and communicating requirements concerning reporting and analytics
  • Assisting the Head of BI in gathering requirements from stakeholders, translating them into informative story points and tasks
  • Working closely with data engineering, product owners and related teams like Insights, Operations etc. to understand tasks in hand and propose configurable and scalable solutions
  • Identifying inefficiencies in existing processes around data and proposing tactical and strategic improvements
  • Creating high-impact and visually appealing dashboards to elevate data and improve organizational visibility into performance

And what are we looking for?

  • Have an understanding of relational and non-relational databases and associated best practices together with expert knowledge of SQL
  • Have experience with modern data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar
  • Have experience in a similar role
  • Be a creative thinker, who can see challenges and solutions, not problems and who challenges different approaches
  • Be a team player with positive attitude that spreads onto the rest of the team
