This role focuses on optimising tools, processes, and data to ensure smooth delivery and strategic alignment. By improving workflows, managing key systems, and providing data-driven insights, the Senior Product Operations Specialist will help create a structured environment where initiatives align with business goals.

✍️ Your daily tasks will be 

  • Supporting the Product Operations Manager in developing a data-driven portfolio function that governs intake, prioritisation, risk management, and benefits realisation;
  • Managing and optimising product management tools to improve efficiency and ensuring teams are working effectively across the organisation;
  • Developing and maintaining frameworks for operational processes, strategic alignment, goal setting, and resource management;
  • Providing visibility into product initiatives through dashboards and reports that track strategic performance and progress;
  • Driving continuous improvement, identifying areas for operational efficiency by enhancing tools, processes, and data utilisation;
  • Setting up frameworks to track the prioritisation of initiatives, monitoring alignment with the overall strategy, and highlighting any misalignments based on data;
  • Training and onboarding teams on new processes and systems, ensuring consistent adoption and effective usage;
  • Monitoring portfolio performance and providing data-driven insights that support decision-making and strategic planning.

  • 3+ years of experience in product operations, project management, or portfolio management within a software development or technology environment;
  • Experience in optimising tools and systems to support cross-functional team workflows;
  • Proven ability to create and manage data-driven reports and dashboards to inform strategic decisions;
  • Familiarity with process improvement frameworks and best practices for operational efficiency;
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
  • A data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities, able to turn insights into actionable improvements;
  • Ability to support and drive change management, ensuring successful adoption of new tools and processes;
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively;
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication;
  • Previous experience in iGaming is a plus.
