Position Overview:

Welcome to the heart of the action! The Workplace Experience Intern role is a pivotal component of the Employee Experience team, a dynamic assembly of 12 professionals spread across Malta, Gibraltar, and Skopje. Reporting to the Workplace Experience Manager, the Workplace Experience Intern is instrumental in providing top-tier administrative support to elevate the overall workplace experience. This internship is a paid opportunity, being offered on a basis of 11 hours per week, and on a flexible schedule according to the business needs.

As a Workplace Experience Intern Your Responsibilities Include:

• Providing substantial administrative support.

• Contributing to the planning and execution of events and meetings, overseeing tasks such as check-ins, maintaining attendee lists, and offering on-the-day event support.

• Ensuring the general upkeep and organization of the office environment.

• Assisting in various ongoing projects within the Employee Experience team.

• Efficiently managing the distribution of office mail.

• Undertaking other ad-hoc duties as required in kitchen and on the floor.

You Are:

• Available to commit up to 11 hours per week.

• Flexible to work after office hours for events or activities.

• Possessing proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• A hands-on enthusiast, approaching tasks with energy and enthusiasm.
