We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Affiliate Manager to help grow and optimise our affiliate partnerships across all verticals. You will be working closely with our Head of Affiliates, leading and mentoring a team of affiliate managers.

What you will be doing:

• Managing, growing, and optimising affiliate partnerships across our B2B Brands including talkSPORT BET, Betano, Parimatch and Heart Bingo.
• Analysing affiliate performance data and providing key insights based upon this.
• Developing and fostering strong relationships with our key affiliate partners.
• Effectively managing the affiliate marketing budget.
• Collaborating with teams and stakeholders across the wider business to align on strategy.

What you will need to succeed:

• 3+ years experience in Online Gaming and Sports Betting and experience at senior level in affiliate marketing across UK.
• Excellent leadership skills along with previous experience of managing and mentoring a team.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• You will need to be a strategic thinker with strong negotiation and communication skills and have the ability to develop and build relationships with key strategic partners.

Nice to have:

• A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• High level Excel and preferably Tableau
