What the role entails
Some of the key responsibilities of our Technical Lead will be:
• Individual contributor experienced in technology that requires minimal supervision.
• Lead the team in their technical approach, direction and execution.
• Accountable for the quality of the technical deliverables for the team.
• Scoping complex tasks, coordinating team towards solving them, and unblocking them along the way.
• Collaborate with Product Owner/Team Lead if backlog needs to be shuffled or estimated.
• Responsible for providing technical feedback and advice to dev team members.
• Conducts functional, technical analysis and design as well as technical reviews.
• Contributes to the software architecture.
• Contributes to the team and clan by sharing knowledge and experience.
• Coaches and mentors team members in the tech area.
• Stays?up-to-date?with the latest trends in the tech community to identify improvements and benefits on team/clan level.
• Align with platform architect for overall architecture, technical strategy, and vision for platform.
