The NOC Engineer will be joining the existing NOC Team within Bally’s Interactive Service Delivery Group! You'll be an integral part of our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our gaming platforms. Your mission? Keeping the excitement flowing 24/7! Get ready to dive into the world of real-time monitoring, where you'll be the guardian of high availability for both production and staging platforms. 

So, what will you be doing?

• Monitoring and supporting both staging and production systems.
• Investigating problems, performing root cause analysis, and deriving solutions.
• Preparing and taking part in the periodic releases of new software.
• Acting as an escalation point for issues flagged by customer support.
• Work closely with our internal third-line support teams.
• Acting as a bridge between NOC and DevOps teams to increase knowledge and reduce escalation.
• Understanding and finding ways to automate tasks within operations.
• Ensuring documentation is well maintained.

And what are we looking for?

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or industry certifications in engineering, information systems, or related field.
• Have general knowledge of IT.
• Possess expertise in Linux technologies.
• Enjoy solving IT-related problems .
• Able to identify risk versus urgency for any given task.
• Enjoy learning new technologies.
