Head of Payment Product

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Payment Product to lead our

payments product team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both

traditional fiat payment methods and emerging crypto payment solutions. They will be

responsible for developing and implementing innovative payment strategies to optimize

efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall user experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the payment solutions team, providing strategic direction and
• guidance to ensure the successful execution of payment operations.
• Develop and implement payment strategies that support business objectives and
• drive revenue growth.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory developments related to both fiat
• and cryptocurrency payments, and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, compliance, and
• technology teams, to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment with
• company goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with external payment providers, banks, and
• regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and facilitate partnerships.
• Analyze payment data and metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and
• improvement.
• Develop and maintain robust fraud prevention and risk management measures to
• safeguard against fraudulent activity.
• Stay informed about advancements in payment technology and identify
• opportunities to enhance our payment infrastructure and capabilities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the iGaming industry, with a focus
• on payment solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of traditional fiat payment methods, including credit cards,
• bank transfers, and e-wallets.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency payment solutions, including blockchain
• technology, wallets, and exchanges.
• Experience managing teams responsible for payments, with a track record of
• delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
• relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
